Salve galera queria falar um pouco aqui sobre meus treinos e qualquer dúvida ou ajuda estarei lendo. Treino 6 vezes na semana, em torno de 1hr / 1hr e meia. ( cardio 2 a 3 vezes na semana). Alimentação eu não sigo dieta, mas porém eu como bastante verduras e salada ao invés de carboidratos pesados ( arroz branco/ lanches/ pão francês). Geralmente final de semanas como o que tenho vontade, não me prendo muito. Suplementos eu tomo : Whey Protein, Bcaa e multivitaminas. Peso 70kgs atualmente e não pretendo ficar maior, aumentar a musculatura. Minha meta é manter uma definição legal e ficar com corpo mais atlético. ( Quase esqueci, um sorriso bem cuidado vale mais que qualquer corpo bonito ou roupas caras) ❤️✔️??‍♂️
